Privacy policy
Last updated 2026-08-19 (rev. 2). Pre-launch version covering the waitlist only.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store your email address, an optional product URL you choose to share, the page you came from, campaign parameters in the link you used, your browser's user agent, and a keyed hash of your IP address used only to limit abuse. We do not store your raw IP address.
How we use it
To send one confirmation email, to invite you when early access opens, and to understand which channels bring founders to DiggingBadger. We do not sell or share waitlist data with third parties for their own purposes.
Processors
Email is delivered through a transactional email provider and data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database hosted in Canada, the United States, or the European Union (the final hosting region has not been fixed yet; this policy will name it once it is). The website is served by a hosting provider that may log requests for security and operations.
Analytics and cookies
The marketing site currently sets no tracking or advertising cookies. If product analytics are enabled they run in a cookieless mode without persistent identifiers. We use Google Search Console to understand how the site appears in Google Search; it works on Google's side and does not place cookies on this site.
We may introduce additional analytics or tracking cookies in the future. If we do, this policy will be updated first and, where required, a consent banner will be shown before any such cookie is set.
Your choices
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can ask us to delete your waitlist record at any time by replying to any email we send you.
